Lettings & Acquisition
Your Property will be rented with no agency fees and no void periods, throughout the duration with us. At the end we will either buy your property or hand the keys back
Construction & Decorating
From a full house renovation with extension, to new carpets and decorating throughout
Furnishing
All properties under meticulous feng shui furniture placement, to create a functional and stylish bedroom for professionals
Cleaning & Gardening
In house and external cleaners will keep the property in its best conditions for guests and homeowners. The landscape team will keep the garden looking great all year round
Property Maintenance
We will cover all maintenance within the property, with our experienced call-out team; excluding structural, electrical, plumbing as this will be covered by your home insurance
