This property was taken on by Opal34 in 2024 due to it being on the market for sale for 6 months also having its price reduced with no offers, we reached out to the owners offering a guaranteed rental agreement with zero void periods at a price they wanted for 3 years, as a company we would manage everything making it a complete hands off investment for the owners.

Once the 3 years is complete we will then purchase the property as they originally intended, creating a solution to their problem as the market was not favorable to the sale at that point. Meaning they will create a 3 year stream of income with a sale at the end of it a win win solution.
